How to Secure Your Network

IT security is becoming more and more important for organizations of all sizes. What can companies do to ensure that sensitive data is being protected? Should a security incident happen, how would the company recover?

A security policy defines the internal controls and sub policies that an organization will implement to protect its assets. Two of the more common policies are the Acceptable Use Policy and the Disaster Recovery Plan.

This workshop will describe these policies and how to incorporate them into an overall security plan. The presentation will also feature risk assessments and how network and systems security auditing can identify how your company may be at risk.
