Freedom Ring Phone Extension

This extension includes

Global Freedom Ring Phone Extension

This extension includes:

• Extension dialing
• Voicemail
• Find-me
• Follow-me
• Dialing from Outlook
• All inbound calls free
• Free calls to other extensions
• All outbound calls within Continental US and Canada 
• All calls to over 40 countries.  These select countries and cities include: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Caracas, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guadalajara, Guam, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico City, Monterrey, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sao Paulo, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom and US Virgin Islands.  Check website for specific dialing prefixes that are included.  (All calls outside this area are billed on a per minute basis according to the current rate table posted on the website)

You would use one of these for each person’s phone who makes many calls to any of the above locations.

500 Ring Phone Extension
The 500 Ring Phone Extension service only includes 500 minutes of outbound calling.  Additional minutes are 3.5¢ per minute.

Courtesy Ring Phone Extension
The Courtesy Ring Phone Extension minutes are 3.9¢ per minute.

This extension includes

• Extension dialing
• Voicemail
• Find-me
• Follow-me
• Dialing from Outlook
• All inbound calls free
• Free calls to other extensions
• All outbound calls within Continental US and Canada  (All calls outside this area are billed on a per minute basis according to the current rate table posted on the website)

You would use one of these for each person’s phone who very seldom uses the phone and courtesy phone locations such as lobby or lunchroom phones.

Under the extensions and bundle of minutes strategy, this is the base extension with the price per minute at 3.9¢.  To reduce the price per minute, add on one of the bundle of minutes packages which will reduce the price to 3.5¢ or 2.9¢.  The bundle of minutes is used for all Courtesy Ring extensions.

100 Toll Free Phone Number
The 100 Toll Free Phone Number service provides:

• One toll free phone number
• Includes 100 minutes of inbound calling
• Additional minutes are 3.9¢ per minute.

You would use this service to provide a toll free number for your customers to call and this toll free number has low usage. 

1,500 Toll Free Phone Number
The 1,500 Toll Free Phone Number service provides

• One toll free phone number
• Includes 1,500 minutes of inbound calling
• Additional minutes 3.5¢ per minute.

You would use this service to provide a toll free number for your customers to call and this toll free number has higher usage. 

Conference Bridge
This provides a conference bridge for conferences for more than 3 people. 

• The phones can do 3-way calling, so beyond 3 people you need a bridge. 
• The bridge is billed on a per minutes basis for all parties, including the internal extensions. 
• It is recommended that you use this with 8 people or less. 
• The charge is 2.9¢ per minute for outside callers, extensions, including Freedom Ring and Global Freedom Ring extensions.

Auto Attendant
The Auto Attendant provides:

• automatic answering of your phone calls
• The Auto Attendant answers the call with “Thank you for calling COMPANY NAME”, it allows the caller to enter the party’s extension if they know it, otherwise they call use the Company Directory to find the extension. 
• Normally you would have options such as “For Sales, press 1.  For Service, press 2” and so on. 
• Standard options also include your hours, fax number and web address.

The Auto Attendant can answer the phone immediately, or it can pick up after no one else answers.

Switchboard Assistant
The Switchboard Assistant provides:  

• A display showing who is on the phone. 
• This also includes the phones that are at remote offices, at home or other locations outside the office.

Phone Number
This price is for each phone number.  This phone number can ring a phone, auto attendant or voicemail.  One phone number can have any number of calls active at the same time.

• You may want to have local phone numbers for locations where your customers can call you with a local phone number. 
• You may have different product lines that use a different number for each product.  
• You may have a sales number and a different support number. 
• You may even want a phone number for your employee’s to call to get company voicemail.

E911 Address
The price is for each E911 address. 

• Each extension can choose which location it is at or select none when it located outside of the company locations.
• FCC requires and for safety there needs to be an E911 address for each location.  If you have phones at more than one location, then order additional E911 addresses.

Port Phone number
This is a one-time charge to move your existing phone number to us.

• You would use this if you want to keep your phone number.  Many times the phone company has given you more numbers than what you use.  They do this because of the limitations of their equipment. 
• You only need to move the phone numbers that people call to reach your company.

4,000 Minute Bundle
This bundle:

• Reduces the price per minute to 3.5¢ per minute for metered extensions such as Courtesy Ring. 
• The bundle is used by all extensions. 
• If an extension has included minutes, the bundle is used after the included minutes are used.

You would use this if the outbound calling is 4,000 minutes are more.
